TTGBC at the LEED International Roundtable in New Orleans!

TTGBC is right at this moment a participant in the LEED International Roundtable 2014 in New Orleans!

One of the ways that the USGBC drives its international strategy is to offer a LEED rating system that is Globally Consistent, while being Regionally Applicable. Working with Local Leaders around the world within the framework of the LEED International Roundtable, USGBC examines ways to find technical solutions that address regional issues affecting the stringency of LEED requirements.

USGBC International Roundtable currently has 34 members from around the world. TTGBC has been invited to join this select group.

Participation on the LEED International Roundtable is by invitation-only and is voluntary.  Participating organizations are groups which see tangible benefit to the growth of the LEED rating system in their country, and who are committed to promoting its growth and development by actively joining in the work.

TTGBC looks forward to working with USGBC to address the regional issues of the Caribbean within the context of LEED. TTGBC invites all green building professionals in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean region to actively support and participate in the tremendous opportunity.
