Devanand Ragbir is a registered Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years experience in all aspects of building construction services. His focus for the last few years has been on sustainable buildings and he is one of the Founding Members and an executive member of the Trinidad & Tobago Green Building Council. Devanand has been certified by the USGBC’s Green Building Certification Institute as a LEED Accredited Professional in Operations & Maintenance of buildings. His objective is to promote and encourage green awareness by educating stakeholders on best practice.
