Adelwyn is an internationally Certified Management Consultant and Project Manager with over twenty-two (22) years of architectural and engineering design, construction, and project management experience gained through work on a number of construction, business, and community based projects throughout Trinidad & Tobago and the southern Caribbean. He is Founder and Managing Director of Ikigai Consulting, holds an BA (Hons) in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Henley Business School, is LEED® Green Associate Certified, and an EDGE Expert.

Adelwyn previously served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications from 2015 to 2017.
